Autumn Séjour in San Francisco

We just returned from another eventful stateside séjour. This time we got to move into our new South of Market home that we bought during the last two weeks of our spring séjour. After sitting in storage for the past three years, all of our belongings are happy to have some breathing space in a place of their own once again. Even more remarkable on this séjour was the arrival of my mother, who just moved back to her old stomping grounds in the Bay Area, from sunny Palm Springs. So, we're happy to be surrounded by our stuff again, and especially happy to have our lovely families close at hand – at least while we are in San Francisco. Of course, it would be even better if they would all move to France with us. We'll have to work on that one.
