After a superb lunch in Mougins at Resto des Arts (as recommended by Monique), we visited the Musée de la Photographie around the corner, with a special exhibition called “Oeil féminin – Hommage aux créatrices”, with works by Lee Miller, Natacha Lesueur, Nancy Wilson-Pajic, Valerie Jouve, Delf Pia Chitti, and Luz. I especially liked the many photographs of Picasso taken in the 1930’s.
St-Paul-de-Vence
Afterwards, we headed further inland to the cobbled ruelles of the touristique medieval hilltop village of St-Paul-de-Vence, where we strolled around looking for photo opportunities – and there were lots of them.
Cave de Vins in St-Paul-de-Vence
Allan had no trouble finding this colorful little wine shop off one of the small side streets of the village.
